Subandriyo, INDONESIA

Paint and paper collage on paper board ground. The narrative is interesting on this one, too.

This small painting is done on a textured paper ground. The surface is very nice. I think it's done with acrylic paint.

Nugroho Wijayanto, INDONESIA

This is a silk screen image. I can't read the title on the reverse, unfortunately. I'm not even going to take a chance on it, in case I write something totally off. If the artist reads this, please comment back with the title.

Ndharu Wedastara, INDONESIA

An interesting narrative in this pencil illustration.

Mintorogo, INDONESIA

Paint on paper! Very RED with a bold black design, yes?

Hafies Dwi Priyadi, INDONESIA

This is a water colour on paper board and is 13 x 18 cm. I like the composition and the happy children on play horses, with the one who appears to be in a mask.

What a surrealist image! This piece is entitled "candy."

These two small pieces were created using paint on a background papers that were cut from either a photography magazine or a fashion magazine, based on what was on the reverse. They really show a lot of energy.

This piece is entitled "ILUSI 1." Colored ink was used to create the image.

The use of a textured surface give this shoe illustration a nice pattern.

Fafan Ariyadi, INDONESIA

I'm not sure of the medium. The surface has a waxed feeling but this could be oil pastel, colored pencil or crayon. The composition is quite interesting.

Firman Fernansya, INDONESIA

This entry is collage with addition of colored pencil.

Diana Nurwanto, INDONESIA

These two small pieces are original painted works. Amazing how much these appear to be large pieces with all of the energy and color in them.

This work is entitled "Time" and has some interesting imagery in it. I like the wink and the cat! Water color and ink drawing.

Zaki Kurniawan, INDONESIA

This piece might be water color with a wax resist. I hope the artist see this and comments on the method used. It's quite nice.

Andi Asriyanto, Indonesia

This original work is perhaps pastel and water color with some graphite. It's quite nice.

Dadi Setiyadi, Indonesia

This is an original image, acrylic on paper. It's title is: Running Zebraman

Eko Mei Wulan

What a fine illustration, which appears to be done in colored pencil but it might be water color. Isn't it lovely?

Abe Santiso, INDONESIA

This entry is entitled "SELFISH." It has a raised surfact that is very interesting and unusual. I am curious as to the technique used. It's very nice. I hope I've spelled the artist's name correctly.

Suryadi Suyamtina, INDONESIA

Suryadi created this excellent illustration for this mail art call. It's acrylic on paper and entitled "Make a History."

Nugoro Heri L, INDONESIA

This is a unique piece by Nugoro called "Saint of Wood I" and was one of many terrific pieces received from Indonesia. They sent along a call for entries to an exhibit that they're doing in the autumn. I'll post their information on this site.

Serse Luigetti, Perugia, ITALIA

Serse sent in two entries. Material Poetry, 1985, and Paper Vision, 2008. The proprietor of Spa310 was delighted to receive these, not just because they are great entries to the show, but because she graduated from the Universita per Stranieri di Perugia. How synchronistic is this?

Katerina Nikoltsou, Thesaloniki, GREECE

This amazing entry, came from Katerina in an envelope which protected it's surface, though I think it would have made it fine, since all of the little pieces of colored paper are carefully secured to the surface. Yes, this entry is a mosaic of paper. You can see more of Katerina here. Thanks for this wonderful work. The Spa310 proprietor has family members in Greece, so was thrilled to receive this entry.
